Terms & Payment Policy
Please review these terms before requesting service. By submitting a request or accepting an estimate, you agree to the policy below.
By requesting service from EST Landscape, you agree to the following terms and payment policy.
Estimates
All estimates are valid for 30 days and are subject to change if the scope of work changes.
Deposits
A deposit may be required before scheduling jobs involving materials or large projects. Materials will not be ordered until the required deposit is received.
Payment
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Additional Work
Any work requested beyond the original estimate will require customer approval and may result in additional charges.
Scheduling
Service dates are estimates and may change due to weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and ensuring pets, vehicles, and personal belongings are moved from the work area.
Cancellations
Cancellations made after materials have been purchased may be subject to charges for those materials and any non-recoverable costs.
Satisfaction
If you have any concerns about the completed work, please notify EST Landscape within 48 hours so we can work to resolve the issue.
Liability
EST Landscape is not responsible for damage caused by hidden underground utilities, unmarked sprinkler systems, private utility lines, or pre-existing property conditions that were not disclosed before work began.
